PInterest is taking over my life

Like many of you, I am totally obsessed with Pinterest!  I really like trying new things and finding other crafty blogs that are causing a bit of inspiration overload!

I thought I would show some of my favorite pins lately.

I love this. I have been looking for something similar and have found some that are really close, but this is what I have been looking for!  I will be trying this out by the end of the week.

Cheetah Nikes!

Yes please!  Holy Hell I need these!  I love Nike.  I always have.  Then you go and make them in Cheetah form?  I will be hunting these down in October!

Crepe Cake

Yes... You read that correctly.  Crepe Cake.  My son saw this and his response was "make that... make that now".  He is obsessed.  He would eat them every day if I let him.  I will certainly be making this in the near future.

I fell in love with this the minute I saw it!  I have already made the base, I just have to finish it up.  I will be posting when I am finished!

I was brave...

I have had this Pin on Pinterest for quite some time and I thinkit so amazing!  I haven’t had the guts toreally try it, until last night.  I don’tknow what I was so scared of.  It’sbasically just a granny square, and while watching my favorite shows (hello… 30Rock…), I was able to complete almost a whole half!  I am really surprised at how easy thisis.  I was so worried that it would be abig chore and not understand what I was doing.

It’s progress!

Home…and a basket!

Well, New York was quite uneventful.  Nothing like going across the country for two hours of work!  Thankfully, I had my dandy little hat, to keep me warm, because I did a lot of walking around and seeing the sights. 

Looking at my desk here at work, I realized that I really needed a little bowl or basket to keep my headphones and iPhone charging cable in.  I always just throw things on my desk (I am a mess, it’s my thing…). 

I found THIS adorable little bowl on Pineterest!!  So cute!  I didn’t really follow the pattern, but you get the idea…  I made mine a little bigger and added handles and of course a little Heart, just because it makes me smile! 

If anyone is interested in a tutorial for my version, please let me know.  I’m sure I can whip one up!
